IBA Shoot Out 3D Series

The IBA Shootout has been an ongoing problem over the past years.  Everything from complaints of fairness, club selection, awards, score keeping from one club to the next, record keeping, etc... This confusion has created a situation where the board of directors has decided not to host the Shootout in the future.  Sorry for any inconvience to your clubs, but it's the best thing going forward at this point.
